Charles practices in Reminger’s Cincinnati office where he focuses on professional liability, including legal and medical malpractice. He has successfully represented clients before the Ohio Supreme Court and the Kentucky Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Reminger as an of counsel attorney, Charles practiced at a midsize dispute resolution and trial law firm.
Representative Experience
- Represented an aluminum device manufacturer in The Beverley Hills Supper Fire case, a mass tort case involving several hundred deaths. The case asserted a new theory of” industry-wide” liability claims against the manufacturers of aluminum wiring and devices since individual manufacturers’ products could not be identified since they were destroyed in the fire.
- Represented a plaintiff in The Who Cincinnati Coliseum case that involved the death of 14 concertgoers.
- Represented a fire suppression contractor in the Ford Sharonville Plant fire case. The case involved a fire that caused the temporary stoppage of worldwide production of all F-150 trucks since the plants where the trucks were assembled in Mexico and Canada had no transmissions to install for several weeks while the Sharonville Plant was rebuilt.
- Represented an electrical contractor involved in the Johnny Bench house fire case.
